I have both versions. The UK and the US versions. Both have their strong points. Though I have to say: The lead guys in the US version - very sexy. Though there is no one sexier at the moment then Gareth of John.

Strider?
And by the look of your picture's they also look alike a lot.
Is your Strider by any chance a bordercollie??
I always wanted a bordercollie but when I saw this bordercollie mix in the animal shelter I couldn't restist. And I must say I've made the best choice ever. My Strider is very gentle and smoochy. Whenever he gets the chance he's on my lap.
And the name Strider: Well, as a big Tolkien fan I always wanted my first dog to be called Strider (male) or Arwen (female).
He isn't a Border Collie. He is a Miniature Australian Shepard. Which is very similar.
One of the most loyal, loving dogs I have ever seen.
They are sooo smart also. I have gone to professional Sheep Herding Contests right by where I live, and it is amazing.
